Circular Hospitality Academy – Our most advanced educational model
The Circular Hospitality Model represents the pedagogical framework developed by Agorà Italian Academy to integrate vocational education, operational experience and progressive skills development.
This model forms the foundation of the European Hospitality Skills Ecosystem promoted by the Academy, connecting education, enterprises and international mobility within a work-oriented training system.
Our Circular Model follows five progressive stages:
Student → Trainee → Worker → Mentor → Trainer → Ambassador
Each phase prepares the individual for the next, ensuring competence, confidence, and continuity.

A European vision
The Circular Hospitality Academy has been developed in synergy with Italian hospitality companies and is aligned with:
• the European Skills Agenda,
• the Pact for Skills – Hospitality Ecosystem,
• the ESF+ priorities on mobility, inclusion and digitalisation.
Its objective is to build a new generation of international hospitality professionals who are skilled, adaptable, responsible, and ready to contribute to the European tourism sector.
