The Circular Hospitality Academy represents Agorà Italian Academy’s most innovative and comprehensive educational vision: a structured pathway designed to transform international learners into fully skilled hospitality professionals through a circular training model that integrates learning, practice, mentoring, and long-term development.
Our Circular Model follows five progressive stages:
Student → Trainee → Worker → Mentor → Trainer → Ambassador
Each phase prepares the individual for the next, ensuring competence, confidence, and continuity.
