European Framework & Pact for Skills Commitment

Our European Commitment

Agorà Italian Academy is an active member of the European Commission’s Pact for Skills – Hospitality Ecosystem, contributing to the development of a more skilled, modern, responsible, and sustainable tourism sector across Europe.

Our commitment aligns with the objectives of the European Skills Agenda, the Green and Digital Transition, and the principles of inclusive and ethical mobility.

Our contribution is articulated through three strategic pillars:

Digital Skills & Artificial Intelligence

A modern hospitality sector requires new digital competences.
Agorà integrates:

  • AI-driven learning systems and digital training modules
  • Cloud-based hospitality software & operational platforms
  • Data literacy and digital communication tools
  • Education aligned with the ongoing digital transformation of the tourism industry

The objective is to prepare students for a future where technology, automation, and human expertise must coexist harmoniously.

International Mobility & Inclusion

As an academy specialised in international learners, Agorà promotes:

  • Structured mobility pathways for students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
  • Professional internships in Italian partner hotels, supported by academy tutors and digital monitoring
  • Linguistic preparation (Italian & English) for workplace integration
  • Continuous cultural, administrative, and social support

This approach reinforces EU priorities on inclusion, equal opportunities, and high-quality mobility experiences.

Sustainability & Social Responsibility

Agorà’s training model promotes ethical and green hospitality through:

  • Operational practices based on environmental awareness
  • Housing supervision, ensuring safe and dignified living conditions for international students
  • Attention to well-being, mental health, and fair working standards
  • Training on responsible hospitality, aligned with ESG principles and EU sustainability goals

Our goal is to contribute to a training ecosystem capable of generating skills, value, employment, inclusion, and long-term sustainability for the future of European tourism.
