Learning Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Develop and present a complete Business Plan for a hotel.
- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and marketing strategies.
- Organize and manage operational procedures in all hotel departments.
- Apply revenue management, control, and reporting tools.
- Implement digital strategies and social media marketing for hotels.
- Supervise teams and apply leadership and HR management practices.
- Evaluate sustainability and innovation strategies in hospitality.
Course Structure
Total Credits: 30 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System)
Duration: 18 months (approx. 1 year and 6 months)

Teaching Mode: Online lectures + individual study + supervised internship

- Didactic Modules (9) → 11.25 ECTS (approx. 288 hours)
- Each module = 1.25 ECTS (32 hours)
- 10 hours online lectures + 22 hours guided homework
- Internship → 15 ECTS (375 hours)
- Practical training in partner hotels
- Supervised by tutors with evaluation report
- Final Project / Thesis → 4 ECTS (100 hours)
- Research project or business plan presentation

Admission Requirements
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (any field).
- Good knowledge of English (B1 level or higher).
- Motivation letter and admission interview.
- Previous professional experience in hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Internship in hotels in Italy or abroad, guaranteed through our partner network.
- Final project evaluated by a committee.
Assessment & Certification
- Continuous assessment (homework, assignments, presentations).
- Final exam consisting of project/thesis presentation.
- Certificate of Advanced Training in Hotel Management and Operations issued by Agorà Italian Academy with 30 ECTS credits, aligned with EU standards.
- Upon request, academic transcript with workload and grades.

Each Module provides 1.25 CFU = 32 hours (10 online + 22 Homework).
LESSONS: Saturday mornings, 10 a.m. to 12 noon Italian time in:
INTERNSHIP: 15 CFU. (375 hours).
THEME: 4 CFU.
This involves preparing a Thesis as a term paper for the conclusion of the Course. It will include a final evaluation by Agora italian academy.
