PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
The Advanced Training Course in Hotel Management and Operations develops advanced managerial and operational competences for the management of hotel organisations. The programme combines academic learning, guided individual study and Work-Based Learning, connecting knowledge, professional competences and direct experience in the hospitality sector. The programme is structured around the four main phases of the hotel management process: PLANNING → ORGANISING → CONTROLLING → EVALUATING.
