    The course has a limited number of places and involves a selection process aimed at evaluating the technical skills acquired during the studies, the individual aptitudes and the motivation of the candidates.
    Given the high number of applications, the date of submission will be taken into account.

    Learning Objectives

    By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

    • Prepare operational and financial budgets.
    • Analyze costs, margins, and departmental performance.
    • Use KPIs and control reports effectively.
    • Support strategic decision-making with analytical tools.

    Course Structure

    • 9 Teaching Modules (576 hours – 21 ECTS).
    • Final Project Work (144 hours – 9 ECTS).
    • Total: ~720 hours – 30 ECTS.

    Admission Requirements

    • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (any field).
    • English language proficiency (B1 or higher).
    • Motivation letter and admission interview.

    Teaching Methodology

    • Online lectures with hospitality management experts.
    • Analysis of real hotel and restaurant financial cases.
    • Applied Project Work with budget simulations.

    Assessment & Certification

    • Continuous assessment (assignments, case studies).
    • Final Project Work.
    • Certificate of Advanced Training in Management Control & Budgeting in Hospitality (30 ECTS, EQF Level 5).
