Learning Objectives
By the end of the program, participants will be able to:

Course Structure
Total Credits: 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System)
Duration: 24 months (approx. 2 years)

Mode of Teaching: Online lectures, applied research, individual study, and supervised internship

- Didactic Modules (12) → 30 ECTS (~768 hours)
- Each module = 2.5 ECTS (64 hours: 20 hours online lectures + 44 hours guided homework)
- Internship → 20 ECTS (500 hours)
- Practical training in partner hotels or hospitality companies
- Supervised by academic and industry tutors with evaluation report
- Final Project / Thesis → 10 ECTS (250 hours)
- Research project or applied business plan presentation

Admission Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (any field, preferably Economics, Tourism, or Management).
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).
- Motivation letter and admission interview.
- Previous professional experience in hospitality is an advantage.
